Aaj Ka Panchang, 30 May, 2024: Kalashtami and Masik Krishna Janmashtami will be observed today on Thursday.

AAJ KA PANCHANG, 30 MAY, 2024: According to Drik Panchang, Thursday, May 30, will mark the observance of the Saptami Tithi and the Ashtami Tithi of the Krishna Paksha. On this day, two festivals will be celebrated: Kalashtami and Masik Krishna Janmashtami. Kalashtami, also referred to as Kala Ashtami, occurs monthly on the Ashtami Tithi of the Krishna Paksha. Devotees of Lord Bhairav fast and worship him on every Kalashtami throughout the year.

However, it is important to keep in mind the tithi, auspicious, and inauspicious periods linked with any event or activity that you are planning.

SUNRISE, SUNSET, MOONRISE, AND MOONSET ON MAY 30

The sun is scheduled to rise at 5:24 AM and set at 7:24 PM. The moon is predicted to rise at 1:03 AM on Friday, May 31, and set at 11:44 AM on the same day.

TITHI, NAKSHATRA, AND RASHI DETAILS FOR MAY 30

The Saptami Tithi will last until 11:43 AM after which it will shift to the Ashtami Tithi. The Dhanishtha Nakshatra will take place until 7:31 AM, followed by the Shatabhisha Nakshatra. The moon will be positioned in the Kumbha Rashi (Aquarius) on May 30 and the sun will remain in the Vrishabha Rashi (Taurus), according to the Panchang.

SHUBH MUHURAT FOR MAY 30

Check the shubh or auspicious muhurat (timing): The Brahma muhurta is slated to take place from 4:03 AM to 4:43 AM and the Godhuli muhurta is expected to fall between 7:12 PM and 7:33 PM. The Abhijit muhurta will occur from 11:51 AM to 12:47 PM, while the Vijaya muhurta is projected from 2:37 PM to 3:32 PM. Also, the Pratah Sandhya muhurta will be observed from 4:23 AM to 5:24 AM and the Sayahna Sandhya muhurta will span from 7:14 PM to 8:15 PM.

ASHUBH MUHURAT FOR MAY 30

Here’s the ashubh muhurat or inauspicious timings: The Gulikai Kalam time frame will occur between 8:51 PM and 10: 35 PM and the Rahu Kalam is anticipated to last from 2:03 PM to 3:46 PM. Subsequently, the Yamaganda muhurta is predicted to be effective from 5:24 AM to 7:08 AM. Lastly, the Baana muhurta will take place in Chora from 8:31 AM to full night.
