While writing hit albums and performing sold-out tours, Taylor Swift still manages to stay as fit as ever!

In a recent interview with Vogue, fitness instructor Kirk Myers finally identified himself as the “Fortnight” singer’s longtime personal trainer.

“I’m ready to be known as ‘Taylor Swift’s trainer,’” Myers said. “I don’t think there’s a cooler title out there.”

Myers, who also founded LA’s Dogpound Gym, has been known to train several celebrities, including actors Tom Holland, Hugh Jackman, and Jacob Elordi. He has also trained models Adriana Lima, Kaia Gerber, and Karlie Kloss.

About Swift, he gushed, “Her work ethic is just incredible.”

While Myers offers Dogpound memberships for those who want to experience a similar workout, he warned that Swift’s routine is brutal, “It’s really hard, some people would probably throw up or have to lay down on the floor if they trained like her.”

The Dogpound Gym founder also admired Swift’s determination to push through challenges and constantly improve, “She’s the most resilient person I’ve ever met.”

He continued, “If you’ve seen the show, you know how intense it is physically. Imagine doing that three, four days in a row and then you finally have a few off days and you’re still showing up to gym. That’s Taylor.”

Myers further described Swift’s intense training program, designed specifically for her demanding touring schedule. “Off-season” training would involve strength and conditioning up to six days a week, while “in-season” focused on maintaining stability and mobility.

According to Myers, Swift’s hard work always pays off, making her “stronger, better, and faster.”

He also revealed that he met Swift through mutual friends, and that he was already a Swiftie – with a soft spot for “Shake It Off,” “22,” and “The Man.”
