Popular Zee TV daily soap Kundali Bhagya is poised to undergo a significant change. The show, which starred Paras Kalnawat and Sana Sayyad, among others, will see a shift in storyline as the latter is quitting the show. Sana Sayyad is expecting her first child and so she has decided to leave the show, suggest reports. Paras worked closely with Sana and their chemistry was quite appreciated by the viewers. As Sana bids farewell to the show, Paras has shared a heartfelt note for his co-star.
Paras Kalnawat posted a few pictures with Sana Sayyad. One of the stills was from the show where Paras is seen romancing Sana, while others seem to be candid shots from the sets. Along with the pictures, he wrote, “It’s a happy farewell so no shedding tears just a bright smile while you walk away. May you always keep smiling and keep spreading this brightness of yours around. Take immense care of yourself, so happy to see you enter a new chapter of your life filled with joy and laughter. Me and Sana Sayyad one last time as #PalVeer. Will miss you and looking forward to another project and another journey with you! Huge thanks to all of you for giving us so much love.”
Fans also replied to the post, expressing how much they love the duo on screen. One of them stated, “loveeee Rajveer and Palki so cute pair.” while another stated, “Palveer’s story remained incomplete. Hope both of them have another project so that Palveer’s story can be completed.”
Meanwhile, Imlie fame Adrija Roy has been roped in to replace Sana Sayyad as Palki in Kundali Bhagya. Speaking to Pinkvilla about stepping into the shoes of Sana Sayyad, Adrija Roy said, “I am sure it is going to be challenging. But I feel I’ve done it before. Even in Imlie, I entered post-leap, and there was a lot of pressure and responsibility on my shoulders, and this time around too, this will be a challenge.” She added that since it is a replacement, comparisons are bound to happen. However, Adrija intends to own the role and execute it in her own way. She stressed that Sana has done an excellent job, and she is excited to take the legacy forward.
Kundali Bhagya is produced by Ektaa Kapoor and has captured the hearts of millions of fans since its premiere in 2017. The show is a spin-off of Kumkum Bhagya, which starred Shabbir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha.
