Nia Sharma wore a mustard-coloured outfit replicating Madhuri’s look from the song Dhak Dhak Karne Laga.
Nia Sharma recently returned to the fiction genre with the television series Suhagan Chudail. The actress has gained a lot of attention for her negative role in the show. She was recently spotted flaunting a completely new look. This time, she channeled her inner Madhuri Dixit while posing for shutterbugs. Nia was dressed as Madhuri from the iconic song Dhak Dhak Karne Laga and we must say, she nailed the ensemble.
In the videos, the actress can be seen in a mustard-coloured outfit. She opted for a matching blouse with the golden embroidery taking center stage. Exuding 90s girl vibes, Nia styled her look with open tresses which she curled tightly for a retro look. Further, her glam makeup and silver jhumka earrings sealed the deal for her, just like Madhuri’s character in the song.
As the video starts, we can see Nia indulging in a fun conversation with paps. The actress was all smiling upon receiving compliments from the shutterbugs. After posing for a few pictures, the television star made her way to the sets.
Well, there’s a hidden purpose behind Nia’s special look. Reportedly, she has slipped into the iconic character for her appearance in the upcoming episodes of Colors TV show Laughter Chefs.
The cookery show will mark a Bollywood theme this week. In the special episode, all contestants and hosts will be dressing up as iconic characters from Bollywood movies. Besides Nia, the show will also see Aly Goni and Rahul Vaidya as Munna Bhai and Circuit, comedian Bharti Singh dressed as Kajol from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, and Vicky Jain and Ankita Lokhande as Rocky and Rani from Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Arjun Bijlani will also be seen channeling his inner Shah Rukh Khan from Pathaan.
As per Laughter Chef’s official description, the show is “an innovative blend of celebrity personalities, culinary skills, and comedy, all coming together for a delightful entertainment experience. In this non-fiction show, we’ll feature six celebrity couples, each bringing their unique dynamic against a Kitchen Backdrop.”
