KARACHI: The residents of Pakistan’s financial hub continue to remain at the mercy of street criminals as robbers did not even spare a betel (pan) shop in Karachi, Geo News reported on Thursday.

The incident took place in Karachi’s Gulshan-e-Iqbal 13-D area where three unidentified men came in a police vehicle and robbed a shopkeeper of Rs15,000 in cash and cigarettes worth up to Rs50,000 on June 12 at around 11pm.

Meanwhile, the police have registered a first information report (FIR) of the incident on the complaint of the affected shopkeeper.
