Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda joins IIM Ahmedabad for BPGP MBA: ‘Dreams do come true’ – Times of India

Navya Naveli Nanda, the granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, has officially joined the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Ahmedabad to pursue a BPGP MBA program for the next two years. Navya, who is the daughter of Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda, shared her excitement on Instagram, posting several pictures from the prestigious campus.
In her post, Navya expressed her joy, “Dreams do come true !!!!!! Home for the next 2 years…with the best people & faculty! BPGP MBA Class of 2026.” One of the photos features Navya dressed in a black suit, standing proudly next to the IIM sign.

She also shared glimpses of the beautiful campus and her new friends, along with a snapshot of her cutting a cake to celebrate her achievement. Navya thanked her teacher, Prasad, for helping her prepare for the CAT/IAT entrance exams.

“Thank you to @mba_ims for coaching me for the entrance exams. This is Prasad Sir, who played the biggest hand in coaching & preparing me to crack the CAT/IAT entrance exams. One of the BEST teachers I have ever had the honour of learning from Us celebrating at the @mba_ims office the day I received my acceptance,” she wrote on her Instagram stories.

Navya was previously known for hosting her podcast, What The Hell Navya, where she, her mother Shweta and her grandmother Jaya Bachchan discussed topics related to feminism and the role of women in society.

Despite her family’s deep ties to Bollywood, Navya has shown little interest in following the same path. At an event in June, Shweta Bachchan clarified that Navya is focused on her own projects and does not intend to pursue a career in acting.
