Team India completed a 3-0 whitewash of Sri Lanka in the three-match T20I series on enemy territory with a thrilling win over the hosts in super over on Tuesday at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.

India posted a total of 137 runs in 20 overs before limiting Sri Lanka to the same to push the game to a super over, in which the visitors bundled out Sri Lanka for just two runs before completing the chase successfully with a boundary off the first ball to dig out a win.

India and Sri Lanka will face each other in a three-match ODI series slated to begin on the 2nd of August.
