Salman Khan is poised to leave an indelible mark on the action film genre with his latest project, ‘Sikandar,’ directed by the renowned AR Murugadoss. Since its announcement, the film has sparked considerable excitement, particularly due to the ambitious action sequences that are being meticulously planned. As production progresses, anticipation builds among fans and critics alike, eager to witness how Bhaijan will embody his dual roles in this high-octane thriller.
In the next shooting schedule, Khan will reportedly film three high-octane fight scenes and an aerial action sequence.The crucial schedule, set to begin on August 26 at Chitrakoot Grounds in Mumbai, will feature intense stunts mounted on a grand scale, as per a MidDay report.
According to a source, the first action sequence from “Sikandar” will feature an aerial scene where he will be “suspended from a height” and engage in hand-to-hand combat. “Its choreography will blend aerial acrobatics with close-quarters combat, “making it one of the most visually stunning elements of the film.
Earlier, it was reported that the makers of ‘Sikandar’ began shooting an action sequence on August 22, for which they ordered nearly 10,000 bullets and pistols. The 40-day shoot schedule follows the completion of the first schedule on July 1.
Since it is rumored that Salman Khan will be collaborating with the stunt directors from the Hollywood series ‘Mission Impossible‘ for action sequences in ‘Sikandar.’ These directors are expected to create grand action scenes for the superstar in this highly anticipated film.
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, ‘Sikandar’ is set to release on Eid 2025. Salman announced the film on Instagram during Eid this year. The collaboration with A.R. Murugadoss, known for his successful films in both Tamil and Hindi cinema, adds another layer of intrigue to the project. The movie will also star Rashmika Mandanna alongside Khan, with Suniel Shetty and Prateik Babbar playing significant roles, adding to the film’s excitement and appeal.
