The brand has also provided insights in terms of other categories. It has called breakfast “the golden hour for vegetarian orders,” as more than 90% of breakfast orders on the platform are vegetarian. The most popular breakfast dishes are Masala Dosa, Vada, Idli, and Pongal. However, it highlighted that “Masala Dosa enjoys nationwide popularity and is a popular choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.” Another insight also stands out. Swiggy released the data as part of its first-ever Green Dot Awards, which aims to celebrate the restaurants with the best vegetarian food across India.
