Trinamool Congress MP Sagarika Ghose on Thursday submitted a privilege movement towards Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, accusing him of “misusing his place” by means of time and again insulting Opposition contributors in Parliament.
Ghose criticised Rijiju’s function because the Parliamentary Affairs Minister, mentioning that it’s his accountability to verify the sleek functioning of parliamentary lawsuits.
“I’ve introduced a privilege movement towards the Union Minister Kiren Rijiju. He’s the Parliamentary Affairs minister and it’s his accountability to verify easy behavior of the Parliament consultation,” the TMC MP informed the media.

“However we’re observing that he’s continuously insulting the Opposition…He’s misusing his place to insult the Opposition,” she added.
As a part of the movement, Ghose additional demanded an apology from the BJP chief.
