Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan tied the knot in 2007 and at that point, the actress was at the peak of her career. The couple got married, right after their film ‘Guru’ released and was a huge hit. Soon after the couple got married, they had taken on this tour called ‘The Unforgettables’ which also had Amitabh Bachchan, Preity Zinta.
During a press conference for the same internationally, Aishwarya was asked by a journalist, “We hope we don’t lose you to marriage and babies.” Reacting to it, the actress had said, ““I am looking forward to babies, I am enjoying marriage, there is no question of losing oneself to it.”
However, Aishwarya has reduced her work commitments and on-screen appearances post the birth of her daughter Aaradhya.She had also mentioned that it’s just being with Aaradhya and taking care of her that makes her so happy. The actress was last seen in ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ and post the success of the film, a fan wrote to Abhishek Bachchan on X (formerly Twitter), “Now let her sign more movies and you take care of Aaradhya.”
Abhishek gave a befitting reply to the troll and he said, “Let her sign??? Sir, she certainly doesn’t need my permission to do anything.” This response from Abhishek won the internet as he served husband goals!
On work front for Abhishek, the actor will be seen next in Remo D’souza’s ‘Be Happy’ and Shoojit Sircar’s next film. He was last seen in R Balki’s ‘Ghoomer’.
